May 1: Insight not Emotion

Today in My utmost for His Highest: http://www.myutmost.org/05/0501.html All people tend to think that their troubles are the center of the universe. Only God can help us to spare others the details of our trials and "make us do our duty as obscure people." The paradox is that when He gets us to that place, we are amazed to find that our problems no longer have the significance they once did because God is all we want!!
