October 4: The Vision and the Verity
"Thank God for the sight of all you have never yet been."
Dear children of my heart, it is so easy for me to see what you have "not yet been" but will someday become if you let God pilot your lives! Some of you are right in the midst of enduring "the blows which must come if you are going to be turned into the shape of the vision." Keep trusting Him, because He knows you better than any human being could!
Jesus, please supernaturally strengthen these wonderful people You have made. Give the wisdom beyond their years and the ability to discern what is truly important. Help them resist any temptations that come their way by following the advice of James 4:7-8: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and He will come near to you." And thank You so much for giving me the privilege of knowing them. They will never know what joy they have brought to my life!!!

Amen! Like it says in Romans 5:3-5, "...we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not diasppoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us."
